Best monitor

Just built my first PC 3080 graphics card, 17 10700KF processor. I want a monitor that can do 1440p and give me 240hz with the lowest possible lag. I want to play FPS games competitively. If it matters my pc is a Dell Alienware Aurora R11. Maybe this monitor is the one for me? Any help is appreciated
