Tohisba firetv 2019 motion issue

I just purchased Toshiba fire tv 2019 55 inch . While watching 4k content I notice some motion blur/ flicker. How does it affects to eyes on long period? I intent to keep this tv. Other than motion issue this tv is perfect for me.
