Dither on nanocell picture

I have a 65Nano916. Apart for the documented issues of image quality, I have not found anything around about the fact that looking at fiels in light colors there is a sort of dither. For example in a light yellow field there is a matrix of red pixels and it is visible even at 3 meter. I find it very annoying. It seems to look at a HD resolution display. I notice it only on LG nanocell panels, not on other ones. I guess it is a trick to produce more color shades. What is it exactly? can it be removed?
