Bought M65-F0; can't get it to display at 4k 60Hz

Hi, I recently purchased the M65-F0, I am hooking this up to a PC with a 1080ti and connecting with a 25ft HDMI 2.0 cable. The pc detects the TV and can output at 3840x2160 @ 30Hz, but when I change to 60Hz the TV goes black and it does not detect a signal. I have set the TV to Full UHD Colour on the input I am using. I have tried all the inputs and they all work the same. The same thing happens when I change my Display settings on my PC to ‘on’ for HDR and WCG. Is this a problem with my TV/cable or am I missing something on my PC?

Not sure if this is the place to ask, but your review convinced me to buy this TV.
