Has Q9FN black crush/starfield issue/local dimming detail loss issue been fixed as of 2022?

When the Q9FN came out, it suffered from detail loss, such as from starfield images (Q9FN on right): http://i.rtings.com/images/reviews/tv/samsung/q9fn/q9fn-local-dimming-large.jpg

Can anyone say if this issue has since been fixed by software updates? Or is it still existing as of 2022+?
