Camt access expert picture settings.

Anyone else have an issue with trying to get to expert picture settings on this model. The TV overall is good for the price but every time I try to fine tune my settings through the app on my android smart phone it always comes up with an error. It says If the problem persists restart the TV. I have tried that, tried restarting my phone, deleting the app amd redownloading. Anyone else with the same issue or know how to fix it?
