Q7F 2017 to 2018 Q7f Firmware

I have a 2017 65 Q7F, I noticed there is a 2018 Q7F among the 2018 lineup. I understand you don’t have to budget to brick a TV but what would happen if that firmware was placed on my 2017 panel? Thanks for a great site, very informative.
