Audio not loud enough through Apple Airpods Pro...

…whereas with $20 Sony Bluetooth earbuds, the volume is fine. Neither Apple nor Samsung will take responsibility for this.

These are first-generation Airpods. Not willing to spend another $180 to see if the 2nd-gen ones are better.
