Inverse ghosting with a 60hz source using an hdmi 2.1 port

For me, if you take a 60hz source and have it plugged in to a hdmi 2.1 port, you get very noticeable inverse ghosting. However, on an hdmi 2.0 port, 60hz content does have any noticeable inverse ghosting
