I have this TV connected to Denon AVR X3500.
Fire TV stick is connected into TV’s HDMI 4 port. Denon receiver is connected via HDMI into TV HDMI Port 2 (ARC) for sound (have a 7.1 speaker setup)
The audio from streaming content from fire tv stick and also LG’s web OS apps cuts out very very frequently. Note, I have done the following as well: LG TV>Picture>Additional settings and I turned the HDMI 2 port “ON” for HDMI Ultra HD–HDR compatibility. Sound setting in TV is also set to PCM. Reading through several forums, this persistent “audio cutting out”, or “choppy audio” seems to be a consistent problem through out. Do you have any advice, suggestions or any knowledge to share–very frustrated that the cost of this TV does not justify it’s quality (picture is good though!)
