How does this TV scale a 1080p image? Straight 4:1 pixel mapping or is there some procesing done?

I plan on getting this TV to use as my primary monitor, gaming at 4K60, 1440p120, and 1080p120, as well as viewing the desktop @ 4K60 & 1080p120. Therefore a crisp, clean image with sharp text at both resolutions on the desktop is of upmost importance to me. What kind of upscaling/filtering can I expect to see from this TV, if any? I’m hoping that it scales 1080p similarly to the SONY X850E, by directly mapping one pixel to four without smoothing the image in any way, thus avoiding blurred text. Will this TV meet my needs, or should I look elsewhere?
