Peak HDR brightness

Is peak HDR brightness measured after ST.2084 calibration at D65? My 48" X950H after Calman calibration to proper HDR10 luminance curve maxes out at only around 880nits at D65, much much lower than you measured the same model. Uncalibrated in green blue torch mode it gets a few hundred nits brighter. I am wondering how the A9S would compare as a possible replacement for an X950H, but the inconsistent luminance figures leave me confused.
