How was HDMI Forum VRR support tested with RU9000?

Currently, the only HDMI Forum VRR device that can be used for testing with TVs that also support Freesync are the Nvidia RTX cards. Should I assume that an RTX card was used for testing and that the RU9000 was verified working as Gsync compatible?

I also assume the correct testing methodology for was used for HDMI Forum VRR determination as this TV is newer than the 2019 Samsung TVs, which many did not have the correct methodology used at the time.
