Won't work with soundbar or roku

Mine is messed up. Picture flashes on and off when played through a roku. Sound icon on tv flashes on and off all the time. The only thing that helps either is pulling the power cord on the tv and rebooting it. You get what you pay for on this one. It might look OK, but the electronics inside are sketchy.
