Should HDR/Dolby Vision Settings on 43S52 be Different Than SDR?

I recently purchased this model and was confused on how the HDR and Dolby Vision settings should be configured. The settings breakdown mentioned leaving these settings at default when turned on, but does this mean default + the calibrated SDR settings? Or are there a different list of recommended settings for both HDR and DV?

I definitely noticed the colors in the default HDR settings were a bit off. I know this model doesn’t technically reach the correct brightness for HDR, but it’s the only way for me to get 4K on certain apps.
