White Balance 2 point settings

For the Hisense U7K, I see you have HDR Theater Night 2 point settings, but you also have White Balance 2 point settings listed again toward the very end. Can I use the one listed at the very end for Standard Definition content using Theater Day?? Also, what is the setting “Apply to current source or all sources” about?

Mine is a 55 in TV
