Yes, this is a common issue with IPS TVs like the SK8500/9000. If you can send us a picture, we can take a look and let you know if it is worse than average.

Sorry for the late reply! Thanks for the picture. This looks much worse than our unit. What picture mode are you using, and does adjusting the local dimming setting help at all?
I use always expert (dark) and normal mode. In this picture the brightness is max (100). I turned off the local dimming because i want to show you the problem.

That makes it very difficult for us to compare with our results. Could you retake the picture with the backlight set to ‘21’, and local dimming on ‘High’? With your current settings, a high level of flashlighting is much more likely.
if I turn on (max local dimm), the light will not be visible, “oled effect”. It’s cool! I can only see when the object / content moves toward the corners.
