Q70T (GQ55Q70TGTXZG) does it support 120hz ???

I have a Samsung Q70T ( GQ55Q70TGTXZG) and no matter what I do it’s stuck as 60hz, also I can’t find the HDMI 2.1 port as this model just have 3 HDMI port instead of 4 HDMI, I can see 2 HDMI port with one eARC port but no HDMI 2.1 Port, is there anything I can do to get 120hz ?.
