2:4 gamma

I switched to 2:4 gamma in the calibration settings and the blacks look a million times blacker. Am I supposed to leave it at 2:2 gamma or is this ok to do? Also in this calibration settings menu there is a setting that says RGB Only and it is set to off. Should it be left that way?

Update: Even in 2:2 I got it very black but still don’t want to switch to it since 2:4 seems to give it kick. Just want to hear if I should have it in 2:2 or not.
