I have the JU6700 and currently only one HDMI port will allow me to turn on the UHD color option....

I have the JU6700 and currently only one HDMI port will allow me to turn on the UHD color option. No matter what I do I can't get the option to turn UHD on the other ports. I've unplugged all sources and tried and I have also completely reset my TV to no avail. Please help.
