75x850C, upgrade or not?

Currently have the 75X850c. I think the picture quality is still amazing, but I’m only looking at my TV, nothing side by side like if I was in Best Buy. I’m thinking about getting the 85X95J. How much better is that TV? If the 850C was tested today, what would the “Overall” score be?

Any feedback would be great.
