On the image flicker test (reference: https://i.rtings.com/images/reviews/tv/sony/w650d/w650d-backlight-large.jpg) there’s a clear spike visible every ~0.010 - 0.017 seconds at all brightness levels in spite of the TV receiving a 10/10 flicker free rating. What accounts for this flicker?
