Should I keep PCM for gaming? Dolby sounds better though.

Hi! Considering I am using PS5 on HDMI 4 on A95K.
What’s the best sound configuration, for the TV and also for PS5? I’ve tried changing to Dolby, but folks recommend not to use it for gaming as it adds delays due to processing while PCM is the raw format.
But it sounds that PCM is not quite good with the multi channel virtual surround provided by the TV (which is in auto btw) Is there any tweak I am missing? Or is it supposed to be less immersive for gaming due to PCM without a proper sound system?
