Help Please! Does upgrade to 2023 Hisense 75" U8 Series from TCL 65R615 65" Make Sense?

Old guy here. Zero knowledge about TV’s except from what I have learned off this site. We bought 65R615 from Best Buy 12/19 for about $550. Working OK but seems like football watching picture not nearly as good as TV’s on display at Costco. So, have TV’s improved over 4 years where it makes sense to buy a new Mid Range?
