Boot Loop

My 65H8F had a faulty firmware update that got it stuck in a boot loop 18 months after purchasing. Hisense mandated the update that broke the TV and refuses to fix it due to the 12 month warranty having expired.

New main board required since hard resets, factory resets, and booting off of a USB with their firmware are all unable to fully complete before the boot loop kicks in.

I cannot understand how their mandated firmware update is my liability. I suggest avoiding this company solely due to their awful service and abuse of their manufactureโ€™s warranty.

As far as we can tell from other users, if you are not seeing the Bluetooth address your unit does not have the Bluetooth chip. It would appear that depending on region and hardware revision some of the units don't have the chip. Could you provide the specific model code (including the size) so we can show this information to our other readers?
