I would strongly suggest reevaluation the ‘App support’ category for this headset (and all other Arctis and Nova headsets) since it’s extremely buggy and unreliable. While the hardware is indeed very good, and your tests prove it, if you use the software more than a day, you’ll notice very quickly how many bugs there are, making it extremely painful to use (if you want to use the more advanced features that are only available when using the app). Just browse Reddit to see how many people have too many issues with the software, to the point where a lot of people just “don’t use it” so they don’t have to experience all the bugs. Not using the software also means not having the chatmix feature, which IMO is one of the best features I’ve ever seen on the headset hardware/software.
In any case, as I mentioned at the beginning of this comment: I strongly suggest reevaluation properly the app support by using it extensively (I’m using it daily, 10 hours a day for the past 3 years so the bugs I mentioned are not new and still there today).

Update: We’ve received user reports of bugs when using companion software and have updated App Support. We have also updated Non-Bluetooth Wireless after user reports of bugs while using the dongle.
