Motion issues

I am on the latest firmware which was releases a few months ago and I have some issues with the motion. When 24p played in 60hz mode from a source device, having the following settings introduces random micro stutters. I was wondering if anyone else notices the same issue;

Motionflow: Custom Both settings at MI

Cinemotion: High

By setting the above, any 60hz media which was originally 24p will introduce random micro stutters.
