Weird strips in low light scenes

Hey guys, I’m suffering these weird stripes like in low light scenes. LG support here in Israel of course says it’s normal in this TV which is hard for me to agree. Why would anyone sell a tv with stripes?

Can you help me determine if it’s normal or not and if not is there any fix to that?
