"Time to Boot" or "Time to first frame displayed" metric

A good test to add for everyday usability would be to measure the time it takes from hitting to the power button on a TV to when it plays video and sound from an attached device and the native interface. I’ve found that the timing can quite varying amongst high end TVs with some being upwards of 30 seconds.
