What do you think of « Standard » picture mode ?

Hello,

If I understand well, the « Standard » picture mode is not advised for accuracy but oddly I find that it fits the TV signal (1080i) and shows better than any of the « accurate » modes/settings. Have you some measurements for this mode and do you have an explanation about how it makes the image better ? (This is not true for movies)
