It is a good monitor for PC gaming and working purpose. However it is not a monitor for console purpose. I’ve got a offical reply that if you are using for PC purpose, you have to stuck with PC. If you are using for other source (my case: a PS5), you have to accept the fact that the monitor is only bullt for PC purpose. I though for the price point of this monitor I deserved a better after sales support.

(24/08/2021, 11:14:43): Reason: Reporting a ‘not fit for purpose’ claim after 7 months into ownership and use, for an item initially purchased for use with another device for work purpose, and then subsequently ‘changing’ the requirement of that purchase for use with another (and incompatible) device 7 months later, is not consistent with being ‘not fit for purpose’, and is an unreasonable time frame to report as such.
