Flicker is rather similar to the one I have got is 2022 QNED91 LG in Australia.

It does flicker when I set brightness below 50 on 2022 QNED91 LG in Australia version I have got. It does not flicker above 50. When I measured on pro video and set shutter speed to 1/250th. It does show up flicker at brightness of 25 as I tested it. It is only slight, nothing as severe as other tv that has more flicker like Samsung for eg.
