Input lag testing at 4K 120hz, game mode on or off? Is there a difference?

I notice there are no tests at 120hz that specify whether game mode is on or off. Is game mode necessary or available at 120? If so, is there a difference in both back light and latency, or does 120 presume a ‘game’ mode with less backlight/black quality overall? I am looking at this TV and was hoping to maintain the quality of normal mode without too much of penalty, as seen at 60hz.
