nose and spiral on lgbx55 oled tv

Good morning everyone, first of all congratulations for these very useful adjustments. I have a question about my lg55bx. I note that it is highly noise-prone despite an Ethernet wired connection. Moreover when the sharpness is at the maximum spirals appear in the picture. This is normal? thank you for your return.
