ARC and eARC (Sound Lag)

I have a Denon X6500h (hdmni 2.0) and this oled (2.1) i bought this thinking it was going to work ok, but the tv, does not passthrough the signal over eARC, do you know of any fix?, because as it stands right now, i have noticable lag when i use anything other than stereo, can you please help me, i try every fix on the internet the tv is very good, and in my case, its a NIB product, as i live in ARgentina, and here , this is the latest release from LG Thanks!
