Died after 15 months. Total crap

While we have enjoyed this TV, after 15 months, black and white vertical lines appeared and the tv automatically shuts off after 20 seconds, every time. A new replacement panel would cost $1350 which is crazy after I spend $1900 on this less than 2 years ago. LG customer service was awful. Difficult to understand their poor English and they denied me twice to repair it. They told me to call Amazon, where I bought it, and Amazon would repair it, which was ridiculous. What a bad experience.
