43 inch 4K @ 120hz, can it do it?

I really want to get this tv to use with my Xbox series x (I’m restricted to this screen size due to space) I’ve heard a lot of mention that this tv and other previous Sony models cannot do true 4K @ 120hz, it only works in 1080 resolution and also blurry and jagged lines. I’ve found a link to the manual which would suggest this can’t be done, can anyone verify this at all
