Panasonic Viera TV TX-P42X20E SD card doesnt play video

Hi I Have an issue with SD CARD of TV, I have copied some photos.jpg on card and the TV can open them, but Videos.mp4 and other formats(converted by online converters) is not playing : It says: NO VALID FILE TO PLAY, CAN YOU TELL ME HOW TO FIX THIS OR WHAT KIND OF VIDEO FILE FORMAT TO COPY ON SD CARD AND WHAT KIND OF VIDEO CONVERTER TO USE?
