Hi all. Curious whether anyone else has noticed random green frames while streaming content using the internal TV apps? I don’t use an external device via HDMI for streaming, only using built in apps thru Web OS. I’ve noticed this mostly using HBO Max and Amazon Prime. House of the Dragon and Fallout are two series where this happened at least once per episode.

In both cases I believe Dolby Vision was active but I can’t say for sure that was the only variable. I’ve owned the TV for about a year and it’s become an issue over the last few months. I don’t recall observing this when I first bought the TV.

Has anyone been able to resolve this? Thanks in advance.

Edit: adding that I am also on the most recent firmware and I keep my apps updated regularly.
