I purchased this TV back in November from Samsung.com, but I just recently decided to contact support over some bright spots I was noticing when watching TV. I got them to send a tech, and when he forced off local dimming, the four corners of my tv lit up like the Fourth of July. This “tech” guy then called Samsung visual support. They had him open the self-diagnosis and look at the worlds brightest picture of some kids on a beach in the middle of the day. He then has the nerve to ask if the issue is still present. For the love of god. You aren’t going to see uniformity issues on a ridiculously bright, over saturated test image.
