Sony A8F 55inch OLED BURN IN

Around a couple weeks back I’ve noticed the same wide vertical band in my Sony A8F so upon looking up a little I ended doing a Panel Refresh.

Now the problem occurred again, should I perform a Panel Refresh again? Little skeptical as it’s suggested to do this less than once a year.
