TCL S515/S517 43" judder?

Hi, So I am willing to buy this TV, but from what I have read the 43" variant does not have motion interpolation thus it can’t remove judder…

is this related to hardware or software, and if software is it fixed or still ?

My usage is mixed between gaming and watching movies/anime on PC, through USB storage and streaming apps.
