My TV has started to talk to me

I have had my TV for 2 years. Last month a weird woman’s voice tells me my tv is on, and lists various calibrations, if I switch to Netflix, she tells me, then she recites the summary blurb for whatever show I pick. Finally, she announces when the tv’s turned off.
