Hi all and rtings, I was wondering if people or someone in rtings have experiencee backlight bleeding or blooming issues on their Sony X900F TV on Sony restart start up screen, Netflix start up screen and streaming content (HD, HDR or Dolby vision) or through a HD box via HDMI connection. I am having this issue on my first tv I purchased on 23rd Dec, and a replacement unit on Sunday 16th Dec and both TVs have the severe blooming issue. The sales guys at my local electronic store in a Australia have had a look at pics of the issue and agree both X900F appear to be faulty and they may have a faulty batch. They suggested to buy another tv and I was thinking about getting the Panasonic FZ950 OLED Tv but would like to confirm with rtings if this is normal or not and whether I should move to the FZ950 OLED or give the X900F another chance. I will be using he tv mainly for Sport content such as EPL and cricket and some movies and Netflix stuff.

Manufacture date of first tv is August 2018 and the replacement September 18. Both TVs required the latest xxxx.5269 firmware update.
