TCL S546 Local Dimming

On the recommended settings page, in the “SDR” section, it says, “The Local Contrast setting adjusts the local dimming feature, and we recommend ‘Low’.” But then two paragraphs later, in the “Local Dimming” section, it says, “We recommend setting to ‘High’.” Which is it? Should we just average them out and go with ‘Medium’?
