the color calibration file doesnt work. any program I open it with also says theres no gamma table in it

as someone who has owned the BenQ XL2411P since 2020, personally I use the default “Eco” preset out of the box. You can get this setting my resetting the monitor settings. This setting is the best for the lowest input lag. But if you want to adjust colors, I recommend use the monitor RGB color settings, those are the most optimal when it comes to matching it for the game you play.

Hey joseffigy! I looked over the ICC profile and it seems to be in working order. Unfortunately it is on our old test bench and our old ICC profiles were generated after we calibrated the LUTs on the GPU using calman. So the greyscale information isn’t present on the actual profile, just the color information. Sorry for the confusion!

Good day, I have kind of the same monitor (XL2411K) and I tried to use this icm profile. But i don’t know why it didn’t change anything. Could it have something to do with the fact that I have a different monitor? Instead of P (K)? Or is it just me not really noticed?

Hey, it’s likely because you are using Windows and an ICM file is for Mac. You would need to change it to ICC for Windows, but that said, we don’t suggest using our ICC profile on your unit because each unit requires difference calibration values.
