4k 60 hertz is falsely advertised

Hi, I have a gaming pc with an I-9 10850 and RTX 3080. I plugged my pc to this Roku 5 series and only got 4k 30 Frames Per Second.

At first I thought it might have been my HDMI cable but it’s an HDMI 2.1 cable and I used the same cable on my 2018 TCL 6 Series and got 4k 60 frames per second no problem and no setting adjustments. I then came on RTing and saw you have to manually go into the settings for Hdmi inputs to get 4k 60. I did so and I was still capped at 4k 30 FPS on Gears of War. The TV falsely advertises it can support 4k 60. It does not work for gaming at all.
