Antenna Tuner Disappointing

Strange nobody seems to test or rate this, but a lot of people are ‘cutting the cord’ and getting better reception from on-air transmissions. But this latest TV I have purchased is markedly worse at processing a signal than its two LG predecessors. Same location, same antenna, same cabling and routing. May be unscientific, but it is real. This is one area that is not improving over the years.
