Best settings for non HDR Gaming (Now G-sync compatible)?

Now that these monitors support G-sync, what are your recommended settings for fast gameplay with good detail? My 32" feels like a new monitor now that I can turn G-sync on.

Is it worth doing any of the settings related to Response Time and Low Input Lag modes anymore?
