UI got worse over time

I bought my Q8F about a year ago. It was great when I first got it, just like the review. But now, the UI is significantly less responsive. I can boil a kettle in the time it takes to open an app and start playing some content. Every time - the first time I click an app on the home bar nothing happens, I have to do it a second time for it to work. Firmware version: 1290
